Rain Poor Service

On the Second of this month i got me a Rain Unlimited 4G Sim card ICCD NJN8FC 9082. I Bought this on the Rain website and i Paid R479 for unlimited. After i got the SIM i was advised by a friend to leave it in the router for 24 hours and it will work. After 2 days of waiting for connectivity i Logged a call with the support at rain on their website they never called me back this was on the 5th August i got this reference***. on the 7th i attempted to get Assistance again got reference number is ***. I never got a call or a Email. Today i have cancelled my Sim and i never used it and Have payed my R479. I am very disappointed with rain customer services.
