rain POOR SERVICE

So i bought Rain R479 uncapped package 2 weeks ago suppose to give me 10 mb speed and im lucky to get 1 mb tops and after 30+emails and not a single response from Rain im ready to give up ,not sure how to get my money back .all i can do is to warn others to be careful
