Rain-Poor service.

Rain just does not respond to the queries logged. They seem happy to cancel the current service with no explanation of what went wrong. This puts people that are working from home in a bad spot. Hopefully someone at Rain reads the concerns and decides to respond to the poor level of service supp****.
