Rain poor service

Besides poor network now they send me incorrect billing I miss paying on the 25 of may when I try to pay on the 30 of may it didn't want to process website kept on crashing now it opens send me saying am owing double and it also took my R60 rands tried calling nobody picked up requested called back they never got back to me rain is becoming worse now it's frustrating
