RAIN - Poor service delivery
It started off with me moving to a new apartment in Fourways and I was extremely excited when I saw the special on the Rain Premium 5G at R699,00 . I have two friends who are using the service with no issues. I signed up on Monday the 21st of June and I have been waiting patiently for the 5g CPE to arrive.
It's now been a full seven days with no feedback. Out of four calls to their contact centre, only one person managed to give me a glimmer of hope by saying it seems that there is a logistical error but it's been resolved and I should get a call from CCD couriers or RAM letting me know that they will deliver my parcel.
I still have not received any SMS, CALL or email from anyone. Cmon RAIN please give me an answer to what's happening here??
This was a brand new order placed on Monday 21st June which I never requested a cancelation for. I don't know where they came up with this.
