Rain poor service
Rain, i have been trying to get help with changing of bank details, you guys have not connected with me since 28 June, sent request via Twitter, Email and your support function on website.
your Twitter people should please stop saying your support people will send DMs if they are not pretty sure of that.
your service is terrible!
