Rain poor service

Ordered Rain on 2nd of July and after numerous calls where I was told it will be escalated,I still havent receive any excuse or correspondence. Paid for Rain and still waiting for delivery! Poor service!!!!!!

I was on a call with a representative from Rain when I got another call from Rain at the same time as receiving a call ...been told the matter will be escalated again,so will keep everyone reading here updated on how fast this matter will be resolved......

Dont know why I had to go the complaining route,buy if I didnt ...maybe I would still be waiting????? But in aaaannny case,Thank you for the quick service after my complaints,you guys came through......
