Rain poor service

Rain service is really bad the wifi is buffing but u must pay 649rand but you did not use the wifi for a whole week plus a weekend my monthly payment is 649rand but I look on my raingo app it show 1289rand but I did not use the wifi because it was buffing and I did get incontact with Rain they keep on saying they did escalate the Metter and they gonna get incontact with me that was in 2025 and we in 2026 and I am still waiting but I am not gonna pay for something I did not use a full month so sorry.Manwell Rodney De kock is my name
