Rain Poor service

rain is using false marketing to attract clients , bought a 5G rain Wi-Fi since I bought its so slow and when you call them you sit and listen to music for hours , I wouldn’t advice anyone to buy this rain so called 5G because it sucks when you request a sales call they are so fast but when it’s a technical call they never even bother calling but they will debit as fast as they can . I’m paying 699 but 90% of the time I don’t have internet access I so wish this could be investigated with consumer Ombudsmen
