Rain poor service

This company used to offer quality service but since the introduction of AI, staff at rain have forgotten the importance of customer service. I have on numerous occasions contacted Rain with network issues, data issues and every time after their trusted AI escalates, none of the contact persons calls me to determine and resolve my issues.

It is such a shame that we pay for services that are not provided. I called Rain with regards to the data that gets chowed, requested a statement detailing the usage...I have not received any to date!!!! Can someone at Rain please I beg send me the statement...the frustration you put me through is really not worth it.
