Rain poor service

So I had numerous issues with getting delivery of my device to start using the Rain service. After numerous bad reviews on Hello Peter Rain finally delivered my device. When ordering it the coverage map said my location had full 5 G service. Since I have taken delivery of my device, anything we stream hangs continually, when I am on important business meetings online I lose connection and battle to regain it and our cellular devices keep dropping signal. When asking Rain when it will be restored there response is, the tower is down and nothing can be done until it is fixed. Added to that they can not give me any indication of when it will be restored. This is the worst service I have ever received from a service provider!!! Once again there is an automated response with no reply to the response I sent to the mail autogenerated.
