RAIN Poor service and support

Last month, I had to change a card for payment at RAIN. Something on their website was broken and I could not update my payment details or make a arrangement to pay. The other payment service did not work. I eventually got my account paid and then cancelled the service. Now today they have debited me again and my account seems active again. When I call support I have to wait linger than 20 minutes before someone picks up. This is very poor service indeed.
