RAIN Poor service and support

Pathetic customer care, took delivery a week ago of the 200mbps+ 5g, I'm lucky if I get a stable 2mbps, internet runs at 170mbps then 5g dissappears and only get 1mbps,contact rain with the support agent telling me to do exactly what I've been doing for several days, and then feels the issue is solved and closed the case with me sitting with unstable connection and her seeking a customer support rating.
