Rain poor service and no feedback on issues with no internet.

Hi, generally speaking when your service or internet is working with rain then it's not too bad. However, when you are experiencing problems with the internet they provide, you cannot complain about the service because there is none. I have been experiencing no internet since last week 12 March 2025. I reported it every day since then. I do have the reference numbers. No one gets back to you. I stressed out that I do need it for my only exams and studies. yet nothing since then. Up to a few seconds ago still no feedback. When will this be resolved, nobody knows. I can tell you I will give it another day, if nothing happens and no internet then I will go to another provider. is this what we need to endure now in SA. pay for services that we do not receive. it's not about just fixing my internet. what about the rest of the providers I need to pay and cannot enjoy their services due to no internet. Its money out my pocket.
