RAIN poor service and additional deduction and termination of services although they were paid.

RAIN is the worse company i have every dealt with. After my first review i thought things would go better, but it did not change. On the 24th February they stopped my services prematurely due to non-payment. However, i scheduled payment would go of on the 25th February. I give them the benefit and paid them on the 24th to get the service reinstated. On the 25th February they deducted another installment, AFTER i was promised they would fix the financial problems. I advise against people taking RAIN as a service provider. Really poor after sales service. Poor on all levels of administration. Poor communication and customer care.
