Rain poor service

Terrible service provider!!!!!!!! Big ******** I ordered a router last year on 29 November and it never worked... Only for them to fetch it on the 10th of Jan 2022, now I have to run after these people again for my refund, I sent an email on 14/01/22 and no one rep****.. What kind of service is that!!!!!! I'm very very angry with rain their service is poor
