Rain poor service

This month I am not happy about the level of service I got from RAIN. I have been complaining about Internet connection since the 12th of November and nothing has been done. Today is the end of month and still nothing has been done all I received was a couple of emails from agents asking me If the problem was resolved.

Can someone sort this out.
