Rain poor service

Since sunday we struggle with internet connection. We did log a call and since today we didnt get any reponce. I tried to phone them but when they pick up, i ask them to phone me back cause my airtime was low. They respond is they can not promise me to phone me back cause there are to many calls. Its like they dont care about the people who already have an rain connection. If we dont pay they are fast to disconnect. But with problems they dont care. If it is like this i woulnt recomended them to friends and family.
