Rain poor service

I logged a complaint with you a week ago. A reply from RAIN was sent to say an agent will call me. I'm still waiting even today. I ordered a rain simcard on the 17th July, also paid for it but still hasn't received it. I'm Mojasage Germinah Msimango. They keep promising to call but they have never called even a single day. The inboxes they requested are not checked and no responses from their side received. My Ref no is RAIN04-***6. PLEASE RAIN ASSIST ME OR REFUND ME. THANK YOU
