RAIN - poor service
We have used this service provider for about 6 months now having been on fibre for several years
The Rain signal has a habit of disappearing in the mornings.
Rebooting the device has no effect and one has to resort to contacting them to resolve the problem
We are situated in Bryanston Johannesburg and have a clear line of site to their tower.
Please carefully consider using this service if you intend relying on a constant connection...

12 Jun 2021, 07:32Please also note that there is no contact number and their website does not easily allow you to contact them. It is well away from the obvious pages and they can usually take several hours to reply. Very disappointing. Hopefully a competitor will emerge soon.
