Rain poor service

I am so not happy with Rain service and if they continue with this poor service they will loose so many customers. We have send them emails and no response from them they don’t even phone back it is so disgusting. I will rather go back and pay for an expensive internet service then paying cheap and get poor service like this. They don’t care about their customers.
