Rain Poor Service

So after months of struggling and complaining about poor speeds and stability, I get the below reply saying they cannot help me, 4G/5G/LTE is best effort and that I should look for another service provider if I am still experiencing issues...

At the moment you as the customer with the experience you have with our internet connection, you will let us no if the service is not completely working for you then we recommend you cancel the services as it's not fair for you to pay for what you not getting. "
