Rain poor service

This network operator is fustrating customers and do not follow up on their chatbot complaints. Last two months has been fustration for me: After I complained last month they said they have closed the account and made me to pay for another subscription they said this is because I get to use the service and pay after. I paid that money and they said my account was closed however since yesterday I have been bul**** with a new amount that they say I must pay whereas my account is closed
