Rain poor service
Today marks a week since Rain said they would assist with my query, my account has been tampered with while Rain is charging extra gigs while I was evident with the package I wanted for R265, I still want my money back and I'm still saying go to your call records and hear me tell the consultant saying I DONT WANT EXTRA GIGS.
