RAIN POOR SERVICE

Its unfortunate that I bought a rain sim but agents are giving me useless explanations why my new SIM is no working 1) APN & Coverage cannot be the factor here I have two rain SIM cards one is working & newone is not working and same room (apartment ) so coverage and APN are out of the equation.
