Rain poor quality services

I Strongly Do Not recommend Rain. Different agents tell you different things I asked them to go and listen to those calls. I mean they customer service no empathy just aloof arrogant and I don't give a damn vibe with most of them especially the **** American accents geez. Is that a requirement to work there. You should really take your employees back to the drawing board. I'm extremely furious that my husband had to pay so much, to get our internet restored. Mxm
