RAIN Poor Quality

I am highly disgusted with Rain's internet service, I constantly struggle with internet connection which is a problem when I need to do my studies online, I can't even watch a movie on netflix....I have coverage in my area. Once fiber is up and running in my area I will be changing to another network service provider, maybe even sooner. I am currently looking at data deals from other network service providers.
