RAIN poor (none) customer service

I won't even give 1 star but I had to, because I need to gain access to this review Colom. On the 07/05/2011 I logged a complain against RAIN for my uncapped internet (Request No: ***). they only rep**** on 24/11/2021 and asked me "How would you rate the support you received?" 6 months later and ask me such a question!!. Wish I could speak to the CEO as I know about other very unsatisfied customers like me, they were quick to sign me up and take my money, cannot complain about service as there are none.
