Rain poor network service provider

I have experienced such poor network connection. I pay a lot of money for 5G network but I am always on 4G and then they lie and say it will be back on 5G when the power is restored and that time the power has been restored long ago. I feel like it’s a reap off because I am paying for something that I don’t get. They are absolutely the worst
