Rain poor network, Rain poorer service

I give 1 star but really I would give 0 out of 5 for the level service received from Rain.

For months I have been raising tickets about the poor connection. At times there's been no response. Lately the response is to confirm details they already have on record, like address connected to the account.

Today after giving them all the "important" information, waiting an hour for a reply. I'm told that I need to wait 48 hours. 48 hours waiting without any indication of what is actually wrong.

Really poor service
