Rain Poor network connection

Rain bad service provider,They dnt forget to remind us abt the payment but they forget to update us abt network connection issue that is very very poor for the past few days its been hell worse part we just paid but still no network,we cant work,study even watch TV for the whole day until 10pm because its shows blue light lately and there is nothing we can do.
