RAIN : POOR NETWORK AND EXTREMELY DISGUSTING SUPPORT

Have to say how disgusted I am of the poor service i received today utterly rude when I called to complain about my 5g router giving me 2mbps upload and 19mbps download this jumps around and i was told by the offs**** consultant I need to move my router to the window VERY RUDELY which i have done and moved it around the house without any difference REFERENCE FOR THE CALL IS : #***1 OR THEY JUST REPEATEDLY REBOOTING OF THE ROUTER AND ARGUE THE SPEED ON THERE SIDE IS GOOD BUT WHEN IT IS NOT ON OUR SIDE also my husband is a I.T Specialist and knows how to resolve this but everything he has tried ends up failing and to say the least we do have 5G in the area but this has been an ongoing dispute between myself and rain myself and my husband are content creators and require every bit of the 30mbps from the download and especially the upload. Rain please Pull up your socks as i'm not happy and i speak for others in the area I demand reimbur*****t for the poor services received from your network. This is pending my decision to cancel all services and never look back again EVER!!! FROM THE BEST AND AFFORDABLE ISP TO THE WORST SERVICEABLE ISP ON THE PLANET.
