Rain: Poor network and customer support
The Rain network is ia nightmare. I cannot make or receive calls most of the time. The Wifi: the least said, the better. And it seems it's not only the network that is terrible, their customer service is abysmal. They don't respond to in-app queries, emails or calls. How I wished they'd dedicate the same zeal on HelloPeter to customer support!
