Rain poor network

fir the past week my rain has been having poor network and i have reported but no one has called to assist fix this can someone call and assist

right now when i log in to My Rain it shows my package as sim only plan but i have a 5G router why doesn't it show the router like before

i think you guys did something to my package coz you have been calling me for the 2 sim cards and ever since i declined the network went bad

I need an explanation
