Rain poor Network

What is wrong with your Network ? I am trying to work and all it does is to disconnect my hotspoted devices. Please fix this urgently.

1. Click on my "rain"
2. Click on "manage my account"
3. Scroll down till you see "contact support" then open a ticket and provide me with the ticket number so that I can assist you.

I am trying to log this but your system says my street address is invalid and it does not take me further.

Please note that a street address is not required when opening a ticket, simply type the problem you experiencing and submit. an email will be sent to you with your ticket number.
