Rain - poor internet service provider

As with most Rain users, I would rate them negatively if I could. My internet does not work at all. I get a download speed of 0.1 mbps or less. I have tried to use it at different times and still the same. I have app**** all the suggestions from them (APN settings, Optimize function, limiting to 4G etc.) and still nothing. I cannot even load a simple website. Rain does not respond to messages on Facebook or to requested call backs on their website. I also did not get a 7 day trial period as advertised. I am situated 1.8km from the nearest tower and I have to pile things onto a table to raise the router to get a better vantage point. Download speed pick up slightly for a few seconds then drops once more.

I thought Telkom was bad but in comparison to Rain, Telkom is so much better. Rain is an absolute waste of money.
