Rain- poor internet connectivity

I have experienced poor internet connection since March 2020. I need to use the 4g connection for work and often am left embarrassed due to poor connectivity. It has been difficult to find a number to call the help-desk to rectify this. The website does not provide numbers to call for their help desk. Sadly, I do not get what is promised, but the monthly debit occurs on time.
