Rain poor internet

I have very poor internet speed and thats not what i pay for. I spoke a few times with people from rain and all they do is create a ticket. No one ever get back to you. I work from home as i lost income dew to poor service. I am busy changing to different internet provider as this was my last resort. How they can close there doors and stop *****ing money for a service they can't provide.
