Rain poor home wifi
It is now a month experiencing network issues with my home wifi, I spoke to more than 5 agents from Rain but no success. The router will connect for 3 day then connect without internet. I have been moved from on tower to another as they say but am still struggling with internet connection. I called them an hour ago after being put on hold for 20 minutes and the agent whom I spoke with made it worse. I can't connect to my phone even my TV.. this is the worst experience ever
