Rain poor customercare/support
Customercare/technical support is very poor i pay for a service and now there is no internet and Rain just asks for my email and nothing happens after this. Cannot wait to move to a new ISP.

13 Oct 2021, 19:27I need to be connected to the tower that serves the best connection to my router. My connection is now restored unless the tower you want to move me to has a better connection id rather stay with the current tower.
