RAIN poor customer service.

As we are working from home, most of us at work took up a Rain sim month to month contract. The simcard is going most of us problems, some of us decided to go back to work from past Thursday because we are so behind with our work and when we send email so to their support emails with no luck and the calls aren't answered.
