Rain poor customer service

After poor service and bad connection we cancelled with Rain , the still debited my account and now I have to get a refund from them as this payment cannot be reversed by the bank. How will I get this refund if nobody ever gets back to customers?

Very bad service provider , I see them disappearing in SA soon
