Rain Poor Customer service

I have got the 2 sim card deals and its been a mess. I cannot make calls with my sim even though I have purchased 100 minutes and its going to be the end of the month which means my minutes will be wasted. I queried it with them and they fixed it for a short time but then it keeps happening again. Now both my sim cards cannot make phone calls and the only way to contact their customer service is through a phone call which I cannot make. Very bad Service and would not advise one to subscribe to.
