rain poor customer service

rain Customer service (WHAT SERVICE?) send me a reference number (***) for a complain I lodged on the 14th of July, in connection of slow/ no service. I am waiting for them to fix the problem, as it is ongoing, but nothing forthcoming from them, silence and no service. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM. THEIR SERVICE IS NON EXISTENT.
