Rain poor customer service

It's been two weeks still waiting for some one from rain to get back to me from billing specialist which am not sure its a chat robot or human I don't have internet been phoning but all falls on deaf ears.Am told its been escalated billing says it's technical support team they say its Billing. No Manager or supervisor to speak to, service is poor. You not able to cancel through the app or online. no wonder you have such bad reviews people are complaining about your service on every social media platform.
