Rain poor customer accounts

Take note , I took the 5G Promo on the R1 special deal , which I cancelled same month .Why am I charged for it ???? I paid for it upfront which was R1 not R500 - are you ******** ?? Yes I have the 4G cancelled which is R499 not R1028, pay back the R500 , do your maths R1 Promo paid upfront NOT R500 at the end of the month

I paid on 25th December for December , 25 January for January , do your Math .

The 5G was R1 boost Promo upfront not R500!!!! Are you not reading right !!!! I cancelled same month I got it !!! , I paid it upfront it was a special PROMO !!!

It was in the end of November I app**** for The Black Friday R1 special !!! I demand a refund !!!!

Oh I see , so how many people did you bull**** into joining like that ? It was R1 for a month , was no joining Fee - and quote " Rain has launched its 2022 Black Friday deals, including a new customer deal for R1 per month with a free three-month speed upgrade. The deal is available until the 30th of November, which existing customers can also take advantage of, and it will upgrade customers on the 5G Basic plan to Rain’s 5G Standard package. "

I will never recommend this company . Always some kind of problem somewhere . 5G is ******* Great download speed but upload speed 2.5Mbps ******* . When there is loadshedding 5G is non existant , 4G funny enough works .

Please note your R1 joining fee was for the month you joined, from the following month you would be billed in full.

You took double the money and then you still charge me an extra month ! Really ! What a Disgrace of a company ! I cancelled got charged double then they still want and extra month . Cancel that Debit TODAY !
