Rain poor coverage and customer service

I ordered a rain simcard and received it on Monday. Since then i have been unable to get speeds of above 1.2mbps download and above 3mbps download. I am using a huawei mobile router and there is nothing wrong with the device as I tested it in another area and the speed increased. I have contacted rain via email, phone and chat multiple times and I have received the worst service ever! I keep getting told to add apn settings and reboot the device which has not worked! They logged a request to a service team and I was told via email to just reboot the device!!! None of my questions are answered and the agents will just ignore me or end the chat! I am sitting with this issue for over a week now and I keep getting told to REBOOT!!!
