Rain poor communication channels to report a problem
My son have an Rain connection on the farm and for the past 3 days there are not internet connectivity. Nowhere on Rains website are a place to report a problem. So what I'm I to do to get feedback from Rain. And it is not just my son's internet, there are a few people in town which also experience the same problem and also do not know how to report a problem. So the problem is not just on my son's connection, but the whole of Vryburg.

06 Nov 2021, 10:28He has been using the rain internet for almost 2 years now so there is coverage. Yes your online map shows no coverage but its working. And the other people that have problems are in town and the coverage map is fully supported there.
