Rain - Pmt made - No service given tor x2 months.

I have never seen a business operate like this. Their customer service, admin and operations and procedures is so unprofessional, and unreliable. Our debit order was not actioned this month so our Rain was off one day and on the next, but as soon as we paid tye R280 minimum amount they totally cut us, we haven't had service since we've made payment. And last month we had to pay 3x R559.00 to have wifi, be we had to pay the arrears amount, which I feel is very unfair. We didnt make payment, we didn't have the service. Thats i and thats all. When we did the application over the phone, the consultant assured us that the contract is prepaid, so if we don't pay for a month, we would just not have service that month ... Never was i mentioned that the account keeps on accumulating until we settle the balance.

This is such bad business practice. I honestly don't know we have not canceled a long time ago already. Useless
