Rain, please return the money you stole from me

I cancelled my rain SIM card on 10 June 2020, and received an email that acknowledged the cancellation would take place on 1 July 2020. Somehow, I was still billed for the month of July. I logged a support ticket with reference number *** and received an automated response stating I'd receive feedback within 24-48 hours. After 48 hours of no feedback, I tried to contact support via email again and have still received no response. Please return the money you've ********ly taken from me.
